Lil Bill has been one of the faces of the Bahamas bar scene for longer than most ever get the privilege of being in the industry. Most famously known for his time owning Club Waterloo during its heyday, Bill has been keeping people entertained and their cup full for decades.
Since moving to Abaco, he has owned three renditions of Snappas, each bigger and better than the last. During this time, the name Snappas has quickly become synonymous with a reliably good time in Marsh Harbour.
Hemingway’s serves as his poignant, final stamp on the Bahamas hospitality industry. There are touches of his brilliance and creativity layered throughout the entire bar, ready for you to enjoy.

Miller Albury
Low lit, intimate, and memorably unique bars and cocktail lounges have become an intense passion for Miller. He has found that no two minds envision an elevated mixology experience quite the same. So over the last 8 years, he has found a true love for traveling to try and find new hidden gems to see all the innovation in the world of cocktails.
From helping stock the bar at 10 years old to learning how to mix drinks shortly after, there was rarely ever a day in his childhood where he didn’t end up at his family’s bar, Snappas.
Hemingway’s is the culmination of both a love for the bar industry and a fiery desire to push Abaco into the era of “more” when it comes to cocktails, food, and guest experience.

Born and raised in The Bahamas and proudly an Abaco gal at heart, Hanisha—affectionately known as Nisha—has spent the last eleven years working in the hospitality industry. She began her journey as a teenager at her very first job and quickly discovered a passion that has kept her in the industry ever since. A true jack of all trades, she specializes in both bartending and waitressing, bringing experience, versatility, and genuine enthusiasm to every guest interaction.
What Nisha loves most about her work is the opportunity to build lasting connections with people from all over the world. Nothing makes her happier than having a guest return years later, remember her name, and pick up right where they left off. For her, hospitality is about much more than food and drinks—it's about creating memorable experiences and meaningful relationships.
Known for balancing attention to detail with a laid-back island spirit, she takes pride in making sure every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and eager to return. Whether she's behind the bar crafting the perfect cocktail or serving guests in the dining room, her goal is always the same: to make every visit one worth remembering.
